It was spacious

I’m puzzled why this place has high scoring as we were not happy at all. The whole space has a strange damp smell. The upstairs rooms are not separate so guests in one room have to walk through the other to use the bathroom. Upstairs beds were not made up, bathroom not cleaned, No toilet paper - we messaged and a cleaner came. Despite this, not enough towels, no cleaning products or tea towel so impossible to use the kitchen properly. I don’t think the floors have been mop cleaned in a while - we are fussy about cleanliness. A kettle would be useful just to make a cup of tea. Both nights people were ringing and banging on the front door which is directly onto the street - we felt quite scared. We blocked the spy hole as the cover was broken. I wanted to cancel but it was too late.

The best

The apartment was great. For a family of four. Lots of space for the kids. It is nice to have two bathrooms in the apartment.

To be improved

The apartment number five needs a bit of TLC. The walls in the apartments were very humid and the plaster and paint are coming off , not a very good look. We had people trying to open our front door of the apartments.They rang the doorbell several times and tried to put a key in the door, that frightened us a lot during the evening.
