Very poorly trained staff. Paid coffee capsule machine for guests in lobby. Poor attention. Dated and faulty fittings. Drab decor. This place advertises as a 4 star - it's a 3 star at best and that really is v generous.

Also had to come down from 3rd floor to reception twice in 2 hours as key card needed revalidating and could get into room as they only supplied one card per room. Inconvenient. No coffee in rooms, only 2 tea bags of flavoured tea !!”

The location is excellent, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is amazing.

For the price asked for the room and the 4-star category of the hotel, the user experience they offer is somewhat poor. There are hardly any products offered in the bathroom, the decoration of both the room and the common areas detracts from the beauty of the building.
