“Beautiful town and a great apartment with space, everything needed and fabulous views.”

The best

I had intended to go with another adult and space would have been more than ample. It's not a "modern" apartment, so has character, is clean, and feels peaceful.Great open plan kitchen with equipment if cooking, lounge area and lots of light and outside space - amazing views, especially from the rooftop where you can sip a drink catch the sun and look at the amazing mountains! Also netflix if you do have some time inside! Amazing views, beautiful town, felt very safe as a female walking around and lovely bars, places to eat and easy to get to supermarkets in town and on outskirts (10min walk). Parking in streets and no issues - didn't need car to get around the town. Lovely owners in apartment below, were contactable but didn't invade privacy. If you like to run - there are some fantastic options into the hilltops or around the town! I have family now in the area and I will return to this accommodation and recommend to others.

not a complaint - just for users to note - there is only one toilet with shower in half bath with curtain (not unusual for Spain) so may impact if more than 3 people / larger family. - Whilst there was a bit of noise 6.30am when some people met across the road, it became quiet quickly and ear plugs the next day blocked it out. - several flights of stairs (of clean tiled) stairs up, so if mobility is an issue this isn't for you - but I wish it could be! Only thing I didn't like is the plastic mattress protector - apart from the rustle could make it sweaty in warm weather - that said there is aircon (and I understand why there).

“Exceptional”

The best

Very helpful host couple with their hearts in the right place. I highly recommend this apartment for those who want to cycle or hike in the mountains. It is an ideal location for trips in the mountains and for holidays in peaceful surroundings.

I wholeheartedly recommend RichMarHome to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay in a truly outstanding location. We were particularly impressed by the spacious and well-appointed apartment. The tasteful décor and ample natural light made it feel like a home away from home. The availability of free parking nearby was a lifesaver, considering the scarcity of public parking in Pego. Marcela and Richard's dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience is evident in every aspect of their rental property. We are looking forward to a return visit shortly.
