Awesome superior apartment, a lot of facilities, bathroom has everything needed, kitchen supplied very well, comfortable and clean, parking garage in the same building, 5 minutes walk to beach, quiet and calm place, groceries store right next to entrance.

The apartment had building works debri was falling into my small enclosed terrace, the noise was horrendous, the roof area which was not as advertised had a great crane above it and so couldn’t use the area as it was so noisy and lots of building dust everywhere. The so called satellite to had a handful of Spanish cartoon programmes only. No physical contact with owner to show me around (too ashamed I expect!) to explain how washing machine, to worked etc…it was all in Spanish. I asked someone to pop in and show me but they said they didn’t have time despite their office being based 5km down the road. Eventually when building debris started falling onto me in terrace I told them I am leaving and would like a refund…they put me in another apartment which was a lot quieter. By then I’d booked an early flight home as it was such a disappointment. The answers to my ask for help were dismissive as if I was a fool and was told very rudely that I was the first person to ever complain. I looked through most of the reviews this apartment had and there were a lot of similar complaints, all answered with extreme rudeness…look for yourself at reviews before you book with them!! I’ve taken lots of videos and pictures which I will be sending to booking.com soon. I also took videos on the morning I left showing the apartment tidy so they couldn’t accuse me of leaving it messy. I understand that the building works are out of their control but it is no excuse for putting me in the first apartment as it was clearly a hazard and not fit for purpose. The main thing that spoiled my stay was the rudeness of the owner(s). I had been looking forward to my yearly holiday, I’m 63 and don’t get so many nowadays

“Noise all day from construction works! Trash containers in front of our window!”

To be improved

Construction works in front of our window. Noise all day. Also, 5-6 trash containers next to our apartment window (about 2 meters distance!)! Except "the view" of containers, also at night 2 garbage trucks came to empty those containers and wake us up in the middle of night! This "look" is not shown on the pictures of the apartment in Booking. Owner very rude. Apartment stinks on moisture and mold. We leaved the next morning and booked another place to stay and asked booking to refund (we planed to stay 4 nights here).
