“Had a great stay at this well-equipped apartment — just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to Denia’s town cent”
The best

Super well equipped and really felt like a home away from home. Spotlessly clean. Loved having a ground floor patio with direct pool access — such a great bonus. Parking right near the entrance made loading and unloading super easy.

To be improved

Only downside was no AC in the bedroom — it can get pretty warm during the hotter months, even though there is one in the living room/kitchen area.

The best

Easy check in and good communication with the owner, making sure all is good Very pretty apart and terrace Spatious, had board games, kids toys etc The town center was 5-min ride by car, fyi Laundry washing machine and dryers useful Big closet and almost all you need in general

To be improved

The smell was quite disturbing everywhere (chemical-like) Too many little objects also means dust I suggest replacing the glass tables; not safe with or without kids There was no frying pan; quite old oven trays
