Issues with plug sockets throughout stay- majority didn’t work as they were loose and coming off at the wall, Serious overheating when electrical items were plugged in. Occasional bad smell coming from the bathroom. Shower temperature hit and miss, went very cold at times.

The booking in system was lost in translation, No clean sheets and towels during our stay. Constant smell from the bathroom and kitchen. Lift out of order during our stay..

“A lovely, well presented apartment in a great location”

The best

The apartment was lovely. It is presented beautifully, is lovely and clean. The kitchen has all of the facilities and equipment needed to cook and a large fridge freezer. The bathroom and shower facilities are also great in the apartment. The balcony has a lovely view. The apartment is in a wonderful location. You can head out of the front and be directly upon the front near Castle Bar, Europa restaurant and all of the lovely places down the front. You can also head out the back gate and avoid the hills, heading to Costa Adjece in 10 minutes. The pool is lovely and quiet, which was perfect for us as we wanted somewhere that was on the quieter side. The pool is a great temperature and there is also a smaller children’s pool if needed. Comfy sun loungers. The balcony also has a lovely table to sit out on at nighttime and a washing line to dry clothes.

To be improved

The property doesn’t have aircon which we expected but the property does have a good draft through and a window in the bedroom that has bars across you feel safe enough to leave it open all night long. We did have an issue with the neighbours being loud on a few nights towards the end of our stay, which is no fault of the property owner. Before this, the apartment block was lovely and quiet at nighttime.
