Mattress very dirty in bedroom Mop aswell very dirty

The owner was not responsive. We asked for fans, microwave and wifi during our whole stay and they never fixed it. It was extremely hot, and they told us multiple times that they would bring them and didn’t.

The shower curtain was a disaster, and there were stains on the pillows, etc. Other than that, the apartment is okay. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the internet from the first day. The owner suggested that I restart the router several times, but I kept telling him that I couldn't find it. After several messages, he finally wrote that the router might not be in this apartment, which I found out only after intervention from Booking. Unfortunately, I came here for work and desperately needed the internet because I simply cannot work without it. The owner could have just informed me that there wouldn't be internet, and I would have bought a SIM card sooner. Instead, I was waiting like a fool. Unfortunately, due to such poor customer service, I cannot recommend this place. I have been coming to Logroño regularly for 4 years, and I have never encountered such issues with other hosts.

Nothing to cook with, no kettle nor saucepan to boil water with. Asked management to bring me a saucepan to make myself cups of teas, they said I should buy one myself and they would reimburse me which I did but they never gave me the money back. Had I known that I would have given the saucepan to a friend.
