The guy at the online reception (no actual reception) was horrible with us, kept us waiting in front of the door under the burning sun with 2 small dogs insisting on the card details for the pet surcharge (room was fully paid) not even allowing us to get into the room to escape the hot sun and not answering our calls and only chats later so we could finally give him the desperately insisted card info. They are so money obsessed it’s crazy! No courtesy and trust in customer in spite of having all info from us. And the arrogance of the guys was terrible! I do not recommend it there , there are plenty of friendly hotels around !

“Super value for money for a clean and comfortable appartement.”

The location is good, just a 15 minute walk into the city centre. The living room was spacious enough for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and the shower was warm and had strong water flow. It was easy to have contact with the host via Whatsapp. Very quick to respond to any questions we had.

To be improved

It can be noisy at night from people walking the streets but the windows when closed keep that noise out.
