The best

Always so nice to stay at the Rui. Great location. Beautiful views from the rooftop Breakfast was very fresh and service was excellent. Checking in was very smooth. Beds were super comfortable and room very clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pool hours. Maybe from 8am to 8pm.

The best

Breakfast area and efficiency/selection of food. Bed. Room Size. Location. Room temp (other hotels in Spain had bad air cond). Everyone was nice & helpful except one experience.

To be improved

Small lobby. Crowded. Elevator process with people running from one to another to catch the right one. Checkin person was rude, did not keep us informed of room status (we were early) and then she forgot to tell us when our room was ready so we waited 2 hours.
