The best

The condo was well stocked and we had everything we needed for a long stay. We really appreciated having a vacuum and cleaning supplies provided. The condo was very close to both bus and metro stops that made it easy to travel. We lived having the park across the street.

To be improved

It would have been nice to have extra towels.

“thieves who stole money from my card”
To be improved

After 1 month they charged us 150 euro acussing us that we stole the coffee machine, the toilet paper, the cleaning products and did other damages in the apartment. I felt robbed because they took money from my card without my consent after 1 month. I am realllyyyy shocked.

“Lovely apartment. Wonderful view of the parq. Terrible wifi speed for much of the stay.”
The best

THe apartment was lovely. Clean, with great beds and a functional kitchenette. Overlooked the parq and was within a 10-15 min walk of a supermercado. 30-40 minute walk to the centre, which is a wonderful part of Valencia.

To be improved

The internet was so slow in terms of speed that it was essentially not usable for the majority of our stay in the apartment. The owners were concerned and we had several exchanges, however this was a trip during which we needed to have good wifi speed and that did not exist for the first half of the trip. A repair person came and finally solved the problem, which was great. I believe the router was replaced so perhaps this would not happen again in the future.
