The floors were always cold. The shower head was broken and would not hang properly. The property had time limit devices on the heating/cooling appliances, which were not a problem but the bright blue lights were very irritating at night when trying to sleep. Upon departure cleaning we discovered that there was a lot of mold on the walls, which we believe may have causes some skin irritation reactions for one of our children due to the mold spores. We did not see the mold because it was covered by curtains and the living room couch. Lastly, we experienced one night without electricity, which meant no lights, no heating, and no cooking appliances and we were forced to move to a hotel room for the night.

The owner rented out his apartment knowing that the apartment on the floor was undergoing major renovations. The sound of construction continued from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Since I rented these apartments for a month, I had no choice to move out due to the fact that I work and the very fact of moving and looking for a new apartment is both a waste of time and money. I notified the owner about this, after listening to me, they did not offer me any compensation, but simply told me to move out of the apartment and look for a new one. Plus, the owner of the apartment did not want to compromise and simply wrote back to me in standard phrases. Plus, when I just rented an apartment, the owner did not give me the keys and did not meet me, and I had to pick up the keys in another place and this place was far from the apartment and this is an additional cost for a taxi. When it was time to move out of the apartment, the owner of the apartment sent me a letter that I had to completely clean the apartment and if I didn’t do this I would have to pay another 50 euros. Although when I rented this apartment, 80 euros were already included in the rental price. After I moved out, I received a bill of 40 euros for the allegedly damaged bedside table, so the owner of the apartment tried to charge me additional money again. I do not recommend renting this apartment! And deal with this owner.

I was told per Email that the room would be ready by 14:30, but because the owners informed the management service too late I was asked by that service to go into the appartment at 17:00 since the cleaning personal could only start late with their work; before leaving I received an email sent by the owners instructing me what to clean etc, which was quite long and probably a problem for guests who do not just sleep there like I did; finally, they indicated that they would charge 25 Euros if the trash was not emptied, and another 25 Euros if the dishes were not cleaned; no problem in my case but unacceptable for the money they charged per night not to include basic cleaning, there are clearly cheaper and better options in that area with owners less greedy but more professional
