Everything was great . There was nothing we didn’t like

We arrived at the property around 18pm and instantly noticed that it was cold. We turned on the aircon in the living room and went to do the same in the bedrooms but there wasn’t any,just in the leaving area. I contacted the property owner asking why in the property description it said heating and only the living room had aircon unit. Their response was that aircon is heating and I should have looked in the pictures that there wasn’t any in the bedrooms.I thought that is very inconsiderate of them after I told them I have a toddler that needs to be comfortable, the bedrooms felt like coffins and it was December. I then asked if they could give us some portable heaters and the response was only that they don’t have any at the moment. After this exchange the property owners have become unresponsive, not once they apologised or offered any solution and we decided to leave the next morning even if the booking was made for 4 nights. After contacting Booking.com the owner refused to give us any solutions or to refund us for the remaining nights and we had to book another place. Our experience wasn’t at all pleasant and comfortable at this apartment unfortunately this place doesn’t have any reviews on Booking.com just external ones that we couldn’t read. I would like to mention also that the pictures of the property are heavily edited, yes all the furniture is exactly like in the pictures, but in reality the kitchen is run down, kitchenware same, fridge is half the size of a normal fridge. There was hairs and fluff on the floors especially in the corners. There is a very unpleasant smell in one of the bedrooms. I would not recommend this place.
