From the first contact via message to our check out, every interaction at Roca Verde was positive! The reception staff were all approachable, polite and very helpful! The cleaning staff were friendly and great at their jobs. We had a studio and it was perfectly equipped for our holiday needs - we ate in more than out. And the internal laundry room was a great bonus! The location is perfect! Super close to the beach and a short walk to shops/bars& restaurants. The pools, loungers and the gym were looked after & clean and we used them regularly. Amazing quality of holiday for the price. Would also recommend the attached bar/restaurant! 10 out of 10!

Perfect location Very kind and understanding since I had an issue with my booking and they were amazing in helping You need earplugs to sleep as the property is next to a road where the public passes until 3 am Stefania in recep was great All the rest of the staff very polite and smiley , sorry did not get the names

No aircon in the rooms But we slept really well with the window and terrace door open

“Roca Verde Stay”
The best

Situated in a good location . Easy access to shops , restaurants, and transport . Apartment was nice and clean . Very friendly staff and ready to help at any time. Nothing was too much . Even on checking out, they were helpful in booking our taxi and gave me a nice bottle of cold water to cool me down .

To be improved

I'm not sure if I needed to ask for room fans, but still, the good side was that the nights were cool, and we were out most of the time ..
