“Great location, but not well looked after”
The best

The property was a fabulous location for us attending Prima Vera festival in parc del forum. It was right opposite a tube station and felt like a safe area. There was a Starbucks and property lock up within walking distance

To be improved

The property was not clean at all. It looked like it had not been attended to before our arrival since there were multiple items there but empty, such as soap, washing up liquid etc. The person who let us into the property made no attempt to communicate or let us ask questions, he just handed us keys. The whole property was also thick in dust and there was rubbish under beds

The best

The only good thing is a location which very close to metro station

To be improved

The cleanliness very bad. Sofa all over stain which can able to sit on it. All cookware are rusted. Dinning ware is all chipped is disgusted. Kettle I can’t imagine why the host not change it. Informed to the host once we check in got reply said will sort it out but didn’t follow. The central heating is not working. You have to use the individual one. Light in the living room not function well. Cracking wall, broken socket, etc Picture on the web is not what you get.
