“Lovely place to stay”

The best

Good location, clean, quiet and great views. The heated pool was excellent. Small supermarket is very close and the property was fairly well equipped with a washing machine which was very handy. We would definitely stay there again.

To be improved

Finding a parking space if you arrive late in the evenings can be an issue at times.

The view from the window of the mountains and ocean is simply incredible! The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, which is very convenient. Overall, everything was great. It would be nice if the cleaning was done a bit more thoroughly before arrival, but thank you for providing a vacuum cleaner and mop — that really helped!

“Apartment itself ok, neighbours and complex's facilities disappointing”

Good price and convenient with the supermarket right next door. The apartment had all the necessities to cook for yourself and was well furnished.

To be improved

A big selling point at this time of year was a heated pool, so I was very disappointed to find it was the same temperature (apparently 22c) as the non heated pool and therefore too uncomfortable to use (google suggests 26c+ is appropriate). Noise comes through from all surrounding apartments, we were kept awake by a neighbour's TV at night and then awoken early by upstairs scraping chairs around for breakfast. The water heater doesn't seem able to fill a warm bath in one go - I had to half fill until the tap ran cold, then wait a while, then fill the rest of the bath when it had hot water again.

The best

It is a lovely apartment with all the basics we need for our stay. The location is a bit far from the beach but if you have a car it is perfectly fine. The area is tranquil with restaurants and shops nearby or from a short distance.

To be improved

You can hear all the noises from the neighbors.
