Rocas Rojas

Nice pools. Walking distance to shop. Lovely gardens. Good location for accessing most parts of the island. Host very responsive.

The apartment was beautiful, exactly like in the photos. Very well-equipped with anything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and living spaces. The two bedrooms are spacious, with nice beds and quiet at night. The Terrace is gorgeous and has a nice view over the ocean in the back and palm trees in the front. The place is overall very cozy and easy to spend lots of time in. The location is within 1 minute walking to the common pool, within 10min walk to the beach and lots of restaurants & supermarkets around as well. We even walked one day along the promenade to Maspalomas and that was doable too. The check-in was easy and well organized and the host is a great communicator - even provided some nice tips for the rest of our stay in the North! The only small downside is that there was construction going on in nearby apartments during the day, which was quite noisy when sitting on the property (might be due to it being off-season now).

Met by Hector the host who showed us around the property and well equipped facilities. Ample room for 2 people with a balcony, a nice view and sunshine from morning to afternoon. Great being able to sit outside to eat, have a coffee or read a book in reasonable privacy. The local supermarket was just a 5 minute walk away or for more shops / restaurants a 10 / 15 minute walk to the main shopping centre. The development has large communal area for sunbathing with 2 swimming pools.

There are several properties for rent in this complex. We rented 428A, a 2 bed ground floor apt. The apartment was spacious with one bedroom double and other 2 singles which suited us better than 2 double beds in most other apts. Since it was groundfloor, had a lovely huge terrace with excellent comfy seats and tables . Kitchen was well stocked, except no kettle which was then provided on request. Big fridge/freezer. Lots if cupboard storage. Good beds/pillows. Clean pool, with showers. Be aware entrance to carpark is not close to Reception, but via Bouganvilla road. Had a Hyper Dino supermarket at the bottom of complex open everyday till 10pm. 20min walk to shopping mall with 2 Spar supermkts. Hector who looks after the property was brilliant ! Quick replies to messages and sorted out problems quickly. He even calmed me over my concern over reaching late---nice one Hector.

We Made our own breakfast..It was A very Nice apartment.

Good location, beautiful grounds. Easy walk to the beach yet close to good bus service to access other parts of the island
