“Super friendly staff, great location but can improve the cleanliness.”
The best

Overall, I liked my stay at Rocatel. The beach just in front of the Hotel is beautiful and not too crowded. Restaurants and bars are just a few minute walk away from the hotel. The staff is super nice and welcoming!

To be improved

Unfortunately the room was not very clean. It was very obvious that the floor had not been cleaned properly (full of black hair from another guest I assume)

The host was extremely helpful, thank you Xavi. My parents enjoyed the hotel, it was quite new, with a great location and swimming pool

To be improved

The breakfast is mostly sandwiches/fruits (no kitchen). The infrastructure around is quite poor - not many places are around if you’re without a car. My older parents and a small nephew (q0 yo) didn’t like the sea as it goes deep quite fast, so if you feel uncomfortable in the water - consider other beaches with the shallow water

“Excellent family run hotel close to beach”
The best

We love this hotel - great position close to beach and many restaurants. Excellent breakfast, lovely swimming pool and the rooms are all spotless. The staff are really friendly and happy to help with whatever you need. We shall definitely be back.

Location is great, it is close to the sea and not far away from the station, personnel is kind and attentive

Didn’t like bath, the sink was in the room, toilet and douche we’re behind glass door at the same room

“Wonderful”
The best

Xavi and all the staff were so wonderful couldn’t do enough for us. The setting is beautiful right on a stunning beach and a short walk on the promenade to the historic town where the train station is that runs regular trains to Barcelona. The rooms are beautifully clean and comfortable - the cleaning girls so lovely. There is a lift if you do not wish or are unable to take stairs. Good continental breakfast and there is a bar with great selection of wines beers etc. there is also a convenient supermarket along the road for anything you might need.
