“Beautiful apartment in a great quiet area but close to the some of the top attractions. I would definitely recommend this place and I would visit ago. When arrived it was very tidy and even with a bottle on wine. Bed was very comfortable also · Cons: Nowhere to leave luggage on checkout unless it’s a third party company.”

“Lovely stay, amazing location.”

The best

The location of the apartment was amazing, 20 mins to centre but lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by. The apartment was big, clean and exactly as described. Great value for money!

To be improved

Some of the cooking facilities, there was no oven, no bowls and a lack of good pans to cook a meal with.

“Awful stay, rude + dismissive staff. No customer service and bed is next to a loud street near bars.”

Spacious, Great kitchen. Beautiful inside. Shame the downstairs feature shower did not work.

The staff were not helpful and dismissive of questions- even when we first arrived re air-conditioning. The location is awful. Bars nearby so throughout both nights at 1, 2, 3.30 and 4am lots of shouting and drunken behaviour woke us up. The bedroom is on ground floor so you are next to a street and it's so noisy. Builders woke us up at 7am after awful night of no sleep. The staff could have been kind to allow us a later check in but were rude and dismissive. They were not kind. Whilst they gave us 1 hour qe were told that is all as cleaner needs 3 full hours, when we left we saw no cleaner desperate to get in. We were told the cleaner needs 3 hours to clean the place. I used to work in this industry and I am not certain that would take 3 hours to clean. The staff were not kind or hospitable at all - no concern at guests having a terrible stay. We will not stay with them or their properties again.

“Perfect, like in the pictures”

Easy check-in and check-out, outside of the tourist places in a quite street. Not far from Sevilla centre. Fully equipped, like in the pictures. They have a central AC but it works perfectly.

Everything! It’ll feel like home 5 minutes after walking in. Staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to be helpful.

Modern fresh quirky apartment in a great location.

The only issue we had was the towel rail was broken and left on the floor, however this had no affect on our stay juts for reference.
