The best

Excellent location. Near gate to sea front so you could have a lovely walk into town. There were restaurants and bars nearby aswell. Very quietly situated. Well equipped kitchenette. Beach towels to use. The pool was open with sunbeds and sunshades available. Comfy bed. The owner very kindly helped us book a taxi to the airport.

To be improved

This bungalow is on a hotel development that has had bungalows sold off. There is no reception area restaurant bar etc. They are all shut up. On arrival, there is a wall with loads of keypads on them, so you have to wait for the owner to send you a code to get in. The bathroom door did not shut properly, and the shower area needs up dating. Around edges all a bit grubby. Smelt a bit of damp, hence all the air freshners everywhere. Think it had tried to be modernised but cheaply done.

After booking via booking.com I became nervous as I read some bad reviews for apartments in this area of Teguise, HOWEVER this wasn’t not the case with Javiers bungalow! Great bungalow, very well equipped, everything you needed, even had bug spray!

The best

Location is great. Near to the city with restaurants and bars, beach is 50m away. Private parking and access to the beach only with keys that residents of Playa roca have. Cosy apartment with nice terrace, calm neighbours. Great value for the money.

To be improved

Poorly equipped kitchen, but it’s better to eat in restaurants anyways because it can be cheaper than shopping in markets.
