Rock&Rooms

- there is zero service and you're completely on your own: we requested fixing a flickering light - nothing happened; we requested additional coffee pods - nothing happened - there is very little surface where you can put your things, we ended up putting a lot of things on the floor including pillows - bathroom door is not sealed so water leaked outside after taking a shower - not enough hooks to hang towels - there is a grand total of one hook in the bathroom - the light in the room is extremely bright - it felt a bit unnecessary - not enough room to hang long dress or coat - not a problem in the summer but in winter I imagine it could cause annoyance

The design and location

There wasn’t a huge amount of space to store your things, but for a few nights it was fine for us. Worth noting that the wall between the bed and the toilet/shower was frosted glass, so if privacy was an issue this may not be ideal for you.

No window

The pictures in the listing are from other rooms. We had the central room (room 80), and all the windows just open out into dark and dirty alleys. There's zero sunlight that comes into the room, which we really struggled with. The room didn't feel like a cozy haven. I didn't know that when I booked the rooms or else I would have booked something else. The lights are not very cozy - super bright so you have either darkness or incredible amounts of artificial light. Also many things inside are painted black, which adds to the darkness. I left a top there, and messaged the owners wanting to come back to get it but they never responded to me.
