The best

-Nice clean apartment, despite being in the centre, the apartment was quiet as it is situated at the back of the block. - facilities ( a huge and I mean huuuge TV, fast broadband, wifi washing machine). - bottle of water in the fridge. - Aircon in every room - The supermarket DIA is just behind the corner and 60 m away

To be improved

The code lock on the apartment doors is tricky and frustrating to open at first. You need to put the code and turn to the left but do not overturn it ( do not do a full turn. It is enough to turn it to the left halfway with the keypad facing to the left and push the door. The rubbish bags are not taken by cleaning ladies so we had to find out and to take it to the communal bins on the street around the corner.

Pillows are terrible, bad night sleep. Asked for a replacement and was ignored. Not good. There was a leak in the toilet. Someone repaired but it was tweaked only and the leak worsened the next day.
