Suited us as a location due to meeting up with family. Plenty of space and well supplied with everyday home from home items.

To be improved

It was a shame that the property was showing its age. There was a shortage of pillows and no duvet covers. The poor state of mastic in wet areas made for a grubby appearance. Some security shutters were faulty and the downstairs shower leaked. We had to ask for a locksmith to attend to the front door. The management company were proactive. The grounds were very well maintained and communal pool excellent. The Mar Menor is a great attraction.

Bed linen clean and fresh Kitchen had all that was required

The lock key box was an unnecessary nightmare!! No cupboard space in the kitchen for food. The accommodation needs a bbq and sunbeds I had to mop the terrace, a drink had clearly been spilled previously

Location within Roda complex - as in Phase 2 was very handy to the golf facilities Nice South facing private garden area

Location is excellent - very clean, tidy and very secure. Eating out is good food well priced with plenty of options. Several supermarkets close to the resort.
