clean, nice balcony, comfy beds, nice bathrooms and kitchen

accessing the property first time found stressful, no sun beds for swimming pool ( although in the rules of the site, no sun beds allowed)

The best

Residents of phase 21 were very diligent of the up keep of the communal areas. There are a few properties for sale within phase 21 that I have recommend to my parents to pursue into purchase within this complex.

To be improved

The property was of very high standard, the only thing I would say which is picky is lack of duvet cover and fan.
