Close to the public transportation and taxi. Walking distance to quite a few local attractions. Keyless/phone app access to the building and the apartment. Washer machine, the electric stove, and the fridge were the right size and worked great!

To be improved

No drying rack for the clothes. Electric kettle needs to be replaced. Other kitchenware basics like plates and utensils could use an improvement as well.
