We liked the location of this apartment. It was close to everything. We could walk to a lot of places and parks especially for the kids to enjoy. There are plenty of quaint restaurants in the vicinity. It was also fairly close to Gran Via if we wanted to go there to do any shopping.

To be improved

It was a lot smaller than we expected with no packing space for the children as they slept on a pull-out sleeper in the lounge. It's ok for two small kids, but in our case our kids are 8 and 12 and we found the space too small. I'd have preferred two separate bedrooms. Also, the fact that while there is a lift is very tiny, so you'd have to do a few trips to get the cases upstairs as we were on the 4th floor. You don't get to interact with the host and there is no welcoming. We found that a bit strange, however, from what I am gathering it seems to be fairly normal to get a key code whatsapped to you prior to arrival.

“Good location. Luggage storage free. Entrance code system. Registration online was easy, just scan passports. Coffee machine with capsules. AC working. Overall good place with major locations walking distance away. Metro and bus stations also very close. · Cons: Fridge not working, our groceries went bad. Not fixed. Coffee machine seems leaking. Floor was not clean upon arrival, lots of dust.”
