A small, cozy hotel with decent-sized rooms and a cooperative front desk staff. The central location is convenient, and the availability of late-night check-in was a big plus. Although my stay was short—with a late-night arrival and an early morning check-out—it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Clean, ample, AC. Close to Bernabeu.

Only thing was that we almost couldn't check in because we didn't have passport for my grandson. He is a minor. Maybe the rule is that strict. But I thought it was too much. I guess I know know we need passport for every one on the check in.

The hotel was not conveniently located near the place where I had to conduct business, but I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the overall comfort.

To be improved

Nothing special. If anything, I would have appreciated more information from the staff about what’s available in the neighbourhood, including places to eat and prices.

The beds are comfortable although the single bed is bit on the narrow side.

There are no kettles or cups in the room. You can borrow one upon request but there are no proper cups.
