Romantic Apartment in Windsor Park

There was no build in airco, just a ventilator but we were almost out every day so once we returned en put on the ventilator en opened the windows it cooled down pretty easily.

Upon arrival we were greeted with absolute cheek from the owner. We noticed straight away that the property was not as advertised. The 2 pools advertised were not there for a start. There was many issues with amenities that were said to be provided that were not. We then also noticed an infestation of ants which was absolutely out of order. The property was that disgusting ants found comfort staying in it. Upon checkout we were then told that we would be charged 50 euro if we left a bad review and for ciggerate ash being left outside in a smoking area which is ridiculous. We then left and noticed that our passports were still inside the property and returned to get them. The owner was repeatedly saying that he would not touch them and he hasn't stolen them which was not accused at all. We then found our passports to be in the bin which was done by the owner who then tried to gaslight us into saying we did this due to alcohol which is completely untrue and false as we do not drink alcohol and would never bin our only way home. He then proceeded to raise his voice and become aggressive forcing us out the property and slamming doors in our face. I've been to Tenerife over 10 times and stayed in many different accommodation, this is the worst one I have ever experienced and i would not recommend anyone to waste their money on this place and avoid it at all costs .
