“It's a quirky, different apartment; suit a couple looking for something comfortable in Alicante”

The best

The location is stunning. Lots of steps to reach it but worth the effort. It was quiet even though we overlooked the tourists walking up the main climb to reach the castle on the hill. Bed was nice and firm, terrace was comfortable, plenty of space in the apartment for the 2 of us, it was a relaxing hide-away for a week. Couldn't ask for more when it comes to a city break. We were also surprised at the large number of restaurants and bars that were within a 5 min walk, difficult to tell from all the rooftops. Highly recommended, and Alicante has a lot to offer.

To be improved

A couple more tea-spoons in the cutlery drawer, but otherwise a very well furnished apartment, just right for the 2 of us for 1 week.

“Lovely apartment, great location, spotlessly clean and super efficient management.”

The best

The apartment is right in the old town within a few minutes of bars and restaurants. It is very pretty and spotlessly clean. The management company communicated in advance of arrival via WhatsApp and we’re super friendly.

To be improved

Finding the apartment isn’t easy, especially when arriving late at night! We have suggested that they provide better directions and they took this feedback on board straight away! Also, it is worth knowing that the ceiling in the bedroom is very low. It wasn’t an issue for me at 5ft 3 but my 6ft 2 husband spent most of the time bumping his head on the beams. The bed is also very low on the floor (again, not ideal for someone tall).

“Exceptional”

The best

The apartment was lovely, close to everything we needed. Very unique design, we recommend it if you want an appartment where you have everything you need in equipment and beautiful views from balcony! The host was super helpful and easy to get in contact with every day, we felt so taken care of! :)

“Lovely little house”

This little house is absolutely charming and perfect for 2. Very comfortable bed, lovely terrace, great shower.

To be improved

We loved everything. It is in the best area. It's a popular part of town so you will see tourists taking photos, but who can blame them?
