The best

Very kind owner, thank you for the warm welcome. Excellent location with free parking in front of the building. Very nice roof terrace with gas stove which saved our dinner when there was no electricity in Spain. The sea with a beautiful sandy beach a few minutes walk away. There is even a tram stop from which you can easily get to Alicante or Benidorma.

To be improved

The bed in the second bedroom is not bad but could be a little better.

The best

Very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very nice hosts which welcomed us at the apartment even late at night. Two steps to supermarket, pharmacy and other services. Very nice beach and easy access to Alicante center by tram.

“Wonderful Apartment”

The best

This apartment is in a lovely quiet residential block. It is a 4 minute walk straight up one street from Carabiners Tram Stop and the beautiful prom and beach. It is ideal for trips into Alicante City and towns towards Benidorm on very efficient Tram service which is superb value. The apartment is modern with plenty of storage and a very well equipped kitchen. There are 2 lovely shower rooms. Beds are comfortable with spotless bed linen. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. The very large roof terrace has a usable kitchen area and fridge, too. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and allowed us to have a late check out as it was possible on that particular day. Will definitely come back to this apartment. Thankyou.

It may be helpful to have an extra set of keys available if more than one couple staying.
