It’s in a great location, you feel like a local there.. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We loved the private roof top terrace. Mario was great, gave us some good tips. 2 good restaurants right opposite. Supermarkets 100m away. Good airconditioner in whole apartment.

The best

Great hosts and very warm welcome on arrival with lots of great suggestions and travel advice. The flat had everything needed for a weekend in Barcelona and more. The location was great, not too far from metro and walkable to some sights but lots available near too. The studio on the roof was a bonus too as meant we didn’t need to share beds for 4 of us, also handy to have an extra bathroom up there. The roof terrace was also brilliant and has views of Sagrada and the mountain. Loved our stay. Thank you.

To be improved

The only slight issue we encountered was on Saturday night it was noisy from one of the neighbours. But other nights it was really quite quiet.

The best

We had a pleasant stay in Barcelona overall. The flat was in a great location – very central and convenient. We hardly needed to use public transport, even though we had purchased day passes, as most places were within walking distance. One of the highlights was definitely the host – he was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made things easier for us.

To be improved

There were a couple of downsides worth mentioning. While the flat itself was clean, the linens for the sofa bed didn’t feel freshly washed – though I can’t say for sure, and I don’t want to make assumptions. The sofa itself also looked quite worn and the fabric wasn’t the cleanest, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, there was a late check-in fee which I wasn’t aware of until after I had booked and paid. I later found it mentioned in the property description, but it was quite far down and easy to miss – so perhaps partly my oversight.
