We left the room after 30 minutes and booked another room. It was terrible. There was about 50 cm of space around the bed, and the ceiling was low. The woolen blanket had a hole, visible from the top. The veneer was peeling off the side shelf of the bed. The same was true of the wardrobe. The patio door opened onto a 'courtyard', about 2 m by 2.50 m, at the end of which stood a veneer sliding wardrobe with a refrigerator and water heater. A rattan roof on top. No view. It felt like a prison. Someone was taking a shower, and the water running was very loud. The walls were dirty/moldy. Two folding chairs with dirty cushions, a small table. Who wants to sit in this hole with no view, except for the 'shield cover' above, two dirty walls, the veneer sliding wardrobe, and the glass door to the bedroom (approx. 7 sq m), and listen to other people showering. Air fresheners everywhere, and a sweet, disgusting smell to boot. Unbearable. How does a dump like this get 3 stars? Two advance inquiries were not answered. Check-in time is 2 p.m., but that's not stated anywhere. We had to wait 3 hours with our suitcases and received no response to our previous inquiries. Nor did we receive a refund request. A horrific experience. Disgusting! No hospitality.

The hotel is in the perfect location, quiet street even though it’s in a great place. Very clean! Staff we interacted in were very friendly. Communal kitchen which would’ve been great if we’d have needed it. Instructions very clear how to check-in

To be improved

Maybe a little more attention to detail as the towel rail had fallen off. The bed could’ve been comfier, fine for us for 2 nights but any longer and would’ve liked it to be a better mattress. Not enough pillows but can’t complain for the price.
