Great location, good air conditioning, good kitchen facilities.

We had 15 Whattsap messages with Room Cibeles before they FINALLY ADVISED that the Lock Up where the key was located was MANNED and a person there would hand us the keys. This process took a very long time and was extremely frustrating. The communication for English speaking/writing guests in Spain needs to be greatly improved.

“Compact living on a great location for tourists”
The best

The location was excellent for tourists. Close to metro and main area but still clam at night. Nice comfortable bed, given the size of the apartment the bathroom was large and neat. Overall this was a great place to stay for our purpose and the hosts were flexible when we changed our arrival time!

To be improved

It’s compact for 2 adults and 2 kids which is nothing wrong with the actual place rather just our preference. Would have been nice if the outdoor dining place was cleaned also. We encountered some ants inside which again is something easily fixed so overall nothing bad about the place itself :)
