In Lake, how comfortable the room was and that they played music throughout the night in the rooms

Great location , great service, clean rooms, super comfortable bed. couldnt ask for more. Zero complaints , all thumbs up across the board.

Great stay in October. Very good location hotel. Service very good at all times. Room very clean and modern. Bar facilities basic but available if required. Very good hotel and recommend

We were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade on check in. We had a huge room with a seating area and plenty of space for our cases as well as a huge walk in shower. Whilst the dark decor wasn’t to our taste, the room was immaculately clean and also very quiet. The location is also great for exploring Barcelona. We’d have no hesitation in staying here again.

I am staying in Room mate collection Gerard hotel in Barcelona . Unfortunately, I had a very bad situation with the front office manger  tonight Sep.27 , time 21:20. Early morning when i left the hotel,I talked to front desk to leave a note to house keeping to change the bed cover, because I spilled a coffee on it.I even left a written note to till the maid about it. When I came back to my room, I found that nothing happened, bed sheets not changed, I called the reception, I can't remember his name, but ,the guy who answered me,said ,he is the duty manager, I asked him about the sheets changing,  he did not apologize, he didn't try to explain, he careless, said that tomorrow, they will change it,I nervously didn't accept his behavior, then,he hung up on me. IMAGINE THAT. I went down to talk to him,he said,if you don't like it, find another hotel. My husband call for coffee capsules, because they didn't put new ones, he told him to come down to pick it up.
