Very friendly and accommodating staff at the sister hotel’s reception. Great central location and still very quiet.

To be improved

Wifi is not functioning well enough. Matrasses are quite hard.

“Excellent and convenient location”

The best

Excellent location in the middle of the old town with shops and eateries right outside your door. Lobby area is spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Staff very responsive. Near bus and train lines. There is no concierge but we had no problems accessing Letoh Letoh hotel’s concierge a few doors down.

“Perfect location for exploring the old town”

The best

Perfectly located in the charming old town of Bilbao. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check into our room before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated. Although the hotel itself doesn’t have a reception or breakfast service, this wasn’t a problem at all since the twin hotel just a two-minute walk away offers both. This setup worked seamlessly for us. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Bilbao!

To be improved

There is no on-site parking, but a public parking lot, El Arenal, is about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel offers a small discount for parking, although it’s quite minimal.

“Perfect and comfortable, great location and helpful and friendly staff”

After getting in very early they were very accommodating to allow us early check in. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Very central and a great location to explore old town

To be improved

Can’t really complain about anything but if I had to the tv was a bit slow when we tried to watch a movie but not the end of the world.
