Just a couple of suggestions really. If you have a kettle on maybe some cups would be nice. A little oil on the bathroom hinges might stop the squeak door waking guest up a night.

The bed is too small for two people and not so comfortable. There is a lot of noise from the hallways and dogs barking

The toilete did not even have soap nor toilete seat, there was a window straight to the other house faicility no privacy, dog barking all night and next to the lift literally, horrible stay and recommend stay away from this rubbish place

The accommodation is a small en-suite room, not an apartment. It lacks proper lighting and has no windows. There is a balcony adjacent to the room; however, it is part of the neighboring property. At night, the noise from someone opening the balcony door can be heard, and they can see and possibly enter the room through the bathroom window. The toilet seat was missing upon arrival, and despite promises to fix it by morning, it remained unrepaired.
