The owner was OK, although the poor guy was suffering a very heavy cold. Apartment clean and comfortable

The best

Nice spacious room. All the facilities you could want. Big lovely living room. Kitchen was fully equipped. Very clean kitchen and bathroom. Both an air conditioner and a ventilator available in the room.

To be improved

The shutters couldn't be dropped down, only raised. So night light from the street bothered me a little. Also not good soundproofing from the street. These are the only drawbacks I can think about. But overall it was great, a 9+.

“Great base to see Cordoba from.”

The best

It was extremely clean and the host is extremely nice. It is essentially an AirBnb where you are staying in a spare room. Everything was comfy and clean. It is a reasonable walk to the tourist destinations so it's a great place to stay if you don't mind a morning walk and there is some good restaurants and such nearby.

To be improved

The walls are thin and it's very easy to hear both the outside and anything else going on in the apartment in the morning. The host is very quiet and respectful but can still be heard in the morning. Same with the street. If staying on a weekend I could see it being a bit noisy. Still, easily managed and really the place was very nice.

peaceful, clean and the kitchen was very good. street was noisy but with ear plugs it was ok.

To be improved

the smell. there was a strawberry chemical smell. the shutters did not work but I had an eye mask
