Rooms City

I arranged a late check in in the night at around 2 a.m. once arrived nobody opened the door, answered my calls or messages on booking. I reached the key box only by climbing over the fence at 2 in the night since I had no choices left. A real nightmare. Once in the room (extremely small around 6/8 square meters), I noticed that the toilet and sink were not only in the room but even on a different floor. This was not communicated in my booking. Such an incredibly bad experience. Avoid it!

Just develop room for living like less people than 8 people per room.

Dishwasher tablets would be nice

No doors between bedroom and toilet. No sound proofing between rooms.

On arriving we had not been given any description of how to access the property so we had to message the host via WhatsApp. We also phoned several times but they disconnected the call each time. We carefully read the description, reviews and photographs on booking.com before booking a double room for 1 night . None of the photographs on booking.com reflect the room we were given (photos taken). After walking around the building several times (there are no signs outside) a friendly lady checked us in. If the description was accurate I would not complain but the room is very small and the bathroom/toilet are in a separate room meaning you have to leave the room and unlock your private bathroom (in the communal area) if you need the toilet overnight. It appeared clean. We did not want to stay as it does not match the description so I messaged the host to say we were leaving. We have directly contacted booking com so have not spoken to the hosts further. If the pictures and description were accurate I would not have booked and I do think it is misleading as I have re read all the details several times. I would describe it as a very basic, no frills room in a shared apartment.
