To be improved

When booking it is indicated that there will be a child. They put us in a room where smokers had lived before. We couldn't sleep all night because of the disgusting smell of cigarettes. There was no one at the reception, either check in or check out. I wanted to drink coffee from my car in the morning, but I couldn’t pay either by card or by phone. There is no silence in the hotel at night.
