“A Fantastic Stay!”
The best

I had a fantastic stay for 7 nights in Claudio's shared home. He very kindly met me at the apt earlier than check-in time, showed me around, and gave useful info about the area. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and I could come and go as I pleased. Claudio trusts his guests to show common sense and respect his home and neighbours, which I appreciated. No signs around the house, so you feel at home. Very clean and well-equipped kitchen for cooking, although I was out snorkelling and exploring so didn't use much. Great shower and bath, which was kept very clean. Tram stations Marq Castillo and Mercado nearby to cheaply and easily enjoy the coast. Supermarket is 5 minutes away. Go to Cabo Huertas by tram, and enjoy the walk around the rocks and cape. Stunning. Enjoy a 2 euro pint or tinto de verano with lovely sandwiches or calamares at 100 Montaditos next to Playa de Postiguet. You won't regret. Thank you for everything, Claudio. You're a gent!. “Perfect for the price”

It was very clean, Claudio (the host) was very friendly and always answering our wishes We barely saw the other guests and the bathroom was almost always free There is everything you need in the kitchen

To be improved

A bit far from the Centre (25 mins walking) but it was okay and there‘s a good bus connection

The apartment was quiet and night time also very quiet .Kitchen was good clean and tidy ,easy to use utensils ,cutlery and cups ,microwave ,fridge. I could even make some simple meals especially ready cooked or ready meals. There are in this apartment two available bed rooms so if you will book it make sure to ask Land Lord which bed room is available before you are to book it ,just in case you are not happy with the size of bed room .I was satisfied so no worries at all ..

I really get along quite well and try to enjoy it as it is and it has two shared bed room so it all depends how you get along with other visitors , in the kitchen it was not a problem and the same was in bathroom not a problem as it was always left clean for both bed room guests including me as again the kitchen and bathroom was shared and it would have to be kept clean at all times when i used it would have made sure to have left it all clean after use and it all went well .I did not have to request any extra help or support from the owner as it all went well .
