The best

The staff and the owner are super friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the apartment and the room is great more than good.

To be improved

The room is not equipped for summer (AC) I also had bad luck that I had my days during the heat wave but the room is exposed to the sun during the day and makes it very warm like warm that without AC could be unbelievable. I think any other time of the year not during peak heat time is great. It has a fan but unfortunately in Spain it's not a solution. That's why it didn't meet my expectation for the price.

The best

Very nice and helpful people running the accomodation. Fantastic location for city centre attractions (cathedral, Hemisferic, Oceanografic), very good connection to beaches by bus. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Valencia.
