Location was decent. Easy instructions to get key. Room decor was fresh. Shower was great

To be improved

Mould/drain smell would appear often. Think it was coming from outside. Toilet was a little wobbly. Can be quite noisy from other guests

“Great for a night or 2 if you’re wanting something in the area.”

The best

Lovely property, decor and was modern. We had an event in the area which is why we chose to stay here but on the none event days we had to get a bus to somewhere that had things going on and open restaurants.

To be improved

The room sizes were on the smaller side, we had room 1. My shoulder was injured for the full duration of our stay as I had 1 pillow that was quite flat so that cased me to have a stiff neck all week I couldn’t even turn it to the side properly. So between the 2 of us we didn’t have the best of sleep each night.

“Great stay , fun area , great host”

Toni was great, we had a small problem with the shower door, nobody's fault. He was there quickly to help fix it. Very kind and helpful.

“Tiny weeny weeny, but nice, just beware the size!”

Fittings are nice, WiFi is decent, for one person who just needs a bed it’s fine.

Maybe the smallest place ive ever stayed in in my travelling life. I think the pics and description are misleading and it should be clearer the terrace is shared - and four floors away - and if you’re in the room we were in, perhaps others are better, you need to take it in turns to move around! You could hear your neighbours who are all stacked into the place coughing, watching tv etc. it’s cheap, but just beware.

“Misleading pics and description”

The pictures and the description of the room were very misleading. I had a superior double room and I was expecting a decent room but I ended up in a very small room with no light at all and facing the internal alley. During the night I saw several cockroaches in the bathroom floor. I was also expecting that the property had a proper kitchen as it was written in the description but instead there is a terrace shared with other 7 rooms and in the terrace there is a small stove. Very few pans and kitchenware for all the people present in the building and in the morning one had to be in line to use the stove and pans. I have been already in a place where the kitchen was shared but it was a fully equipped one, with many dishes and pans. It was impossible for me, my partner and my kid to stay and I contacted them for a change of room. The person in charge told me he had no other room but overall was very rude when confronted with the fact that the pictures and descriptions were misleading. I have left the place after two nights ( instead of the 5 booked) and found a different accommodation in the same town ( much better value for money). I have contacted Booking and at the end they gave me a partial refund.
