The room was advertised with a private bathroom which was incorrect as it had a shared bathroom.

The instructions to access the apartment were very confusing and it was very hard to get staff to help. The sheets and toilet smelled like humidity. It’s not a good place to stay if you go at this time of the year because its extremely hot and they dont even have a fan.

We were disappointed to find that our room smelled of cigarette smoke, and that, although the room and en-suite toilet had been cleaned, the toilet itself was actually really dirty. Also, the doors of the other rooms, and the shared bathroom, and the front door (which has a loud electronic buzzing noise) are really noisy when opened and closed. We managed to stop our door from rattling in its frame too much when the other doors were opened/closed by stuffing the cracks with toilet paper. In the end we slept okay with not too many disruptions, but it's worth bearing in mind that, if the other guests with whom you share the apartment (since it's essentially a shared apartment with 3 private locked rooms and a shared kitchen and bathroom) are noisy, or go in and out a lot, it could be quite a stressful night with little sleep. Also, it would be nice to have a bedside light in the room so that you don't have to choose between complete darkness and really bright overhead lights.
