Rooms & Suites Princesa Leticia - Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote - Near the Beach

Clean apartment, comfortable firm beds. Quiet residential area. Private outdoor sun space. Shop few meters away. Short walk to beach front. Taxi rank about 6 mins walk away to take you to the main strip Puerto del Carmen. There are shops and restaurants along the seafront. Airport proximity didn’t bother us at all.

We have previously stayed next door at Princess Mercedes and Leticia also didn't disappoint! Beautifully modern, clean and quiet villa with everything you could want. Jorge was a great host, leaving us water and chocolates for our late arrival and being available when the alarm went off! Jorge is very responsive if needed but we didn't really need anything after the first night and so we were left to enjoy our stay. The villa is so well equipped from toilet roll to washing up liquid and washing tablets (although top tip, you can buy them individually in the supermarket across the road for 60c each) and plenty of cleaning equipment if you like to keep a clean and tidy home. Love the garden area, so peaceful to relax in. We had the best time and hope to be welcomed back again in the future. I believe Jorge has quite a few properties and we would be delighted to stay in any of them, He is a great villa owner!

Villa Leticia is an amazing place to spend your holiday. We stayed here for a week and it was perfect for all of us. My 4 years old son loved the garden, running around every minute inside and out. Very quiet, close to the beach and plenty of shops around. Jorge is the best host you could have. We had a problem with the hot water and he came to solve it in less than 10 minutes. He also got some food for us as we arrived late in the night. Excellent communication. Overall all the experience in Puerto del Carmen and at Villa Leticia was outstanding.
