“Lovely, well appointed apartment.”
The best

The apartment is spacious, well appointed and very clean. Three good size bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen, a pleasant living/dining room and a large balcony which can be accessed from the master bedroom and the living room. Very good WiFi connectivity and lots of power points. Underground parking is also available. If I was to be hyper critical then the living room could use a little bit more comfortable seating, maybe a second 2 seater sofa? The apartment is located close to many shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. A large golden sand beach is about a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is in the city and you do get a bit of traffic noise but it's pretty irregular and not too intrusive. Our host, Jorge, was very welcoming and provided lots of information before our arrival. Jorge was easily contactable via WhatsApp. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rooms & Suites Terrace 3a and would be happy to recommend it for anyone staying in Arrecife.

Everything was fantastic. Great location, underground parking is good. Very clean. Comfortable lounge and terrace area. Jorge is great host.

To be improved

Minor detail, only one double bed. Other room would be better with another double bed. The apartment is advertised like this so not a real criticism. 😀

This apartment (3A) is superb. Spacious, sunny, quiet, well equipped and with a fabulous large terrace which enjoys the afternoon sunshine. Safe and secure underground car-parking. Excellent WiFi. Really comfortable beds and good hot showers. Cannot fault anything. Questions were answered immediately by Jorge - a first-class host.

Very well equipped. Lovely terrace. Spotlessly clean. Quiet, yet right in the city centre. Jorge, the host, was fantastic in communicating and acting on any small requests or enquiries that we had. Would go back there again as is a great location for experiencing Arrecife.
