Shower needs sorting 🥴

We encountered numerous problems from the beginning and received little to no help. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water; showers had to be taken quickly to avoid freezing. Despite repeatedly messaging the person who checked us in and the property itself, we received no replies. The property responded once to insist the water was fine, but it was not. It was likely due to a cheap boiler, as others had commented about water issues on booking.com. To make matters worse, sleep was nearly impossible. Our neighbors were the noisiest and rudest ever—most likely locals, as they seemed to live there. Many nights they partied until the next day. Once, they started around 3 am (when I got home) or earlier and continued until the next afternoon with nonstop music, shouting, and laughing. We tried asking them to keep the noise down, but we were ignored. This discomfort and lack of sleep significantly affected our stay. Additionally, the washing machine didn't work, the bedclothes were very old, and the towels had an unpleasant odor.

-it can be noisy at nights as restaurants under the apartment (situated on 1st floor). It didn't bother us as we went there for party and we came back after 3am when it was quite. -balcony can smell from restaurants kitchens during evening.
