“Perfect central location in Oviedo”

Central location, comfortable bed, the host - Carolina - was very helpful. Parking on site was extremely needed. Basic amenities available in the studio.

To be improved

Not an issue for us, but some may need to consider: 1) bathroom is very tight and 2) there is a of stairs on the entrance.

The best

Great location in the centre of Oviedo. A big studio, very clean, comfortable and quiet. Very large bathroom with a washing machine, such a bonus. We didn't use the kitchen so I can't comment on it. Lovely lady met us at the studio as arranged to give us the keys.

To be improved

Unfortunately there was an electrical fault which kept a light flashing in the room even when turned off. This really disturbed our sleep. There was an electrician coming on Monday after we left so presumably the problem was fixed.

“Great location but....”

The location of the apartment could not have been better. I was able to walk to all the places I wanted to visit. The Central Market was around the corner and a Supermarket was about 3 blocks up the street. The apartment was clean, with plenty of light and the bed and linen were fine.

To be improved

There were a number of things not to like. The instructions for entry were badly written and a bit confusing. Internet access is required but my data roaming feature on my phone worked. The décor and furnishings are sparse. The shower controls are confusing. There is no electric coffee maker and when I asked for some sugar, it was promised but never delivered. A jar of salt was the only condiment provided. I have rented 20 apartments traveling over the last 4 years in Italy, Spain and Portugal and have found that most are managed by people hired by the Owner rather that the Owners themselves and therefore the concept of hospitality is severely lacking. Since most access is remote these managers have no real idea of the condition of the apartments. That said, if you are doing a stay of less the 4 days and do not intend to do much cooking, then I do recommend Rosal Central Apartment.
