“nice appartment, we enjoyed our stay there”

nice modern clean apartment, fully equipped with everything you may need or can imagine, very comfortable bed, small terrace outside property is aprox 30min walking from beach and shops, i saw in reviews people complaining about it, but it’s obvious from the location you can see before booking and for me living a further from center is advantage especially when i have a rented car, or you can use one of electric scooters which are available everywhere in playa blanca

To be improved

the front doors were sometimes hard to close, terrace in front is small and connected with garden which belongs to the next building, parking outside is free and we didn’t have problem to find place

The best

Very clean. Welcoming Cava and water. Very well equipped kitchen and shower room. Extras in the kitchen, tea, coffee, condiments, olive oil, etc. were all very thoughtfully provided.

To be improved

We were disappointed that there were not any nearby shops or restaurants as it would have been more relaxing to have had those facilities without having to go back out to the centre of town each evening.

Great base to explore Lanzarote. Walking distance to playa Blanca. Well equipped. Shower was good and lots of hot water

Comfortable setee and bed Left plenty of tea bags, crisps, cutlery etc Nice typical Lanzarote garden with cacti

Had to phone to ask host to come to hand over the keys although I had told them I would arrive between 3.00 and 4.00 Location not close to any amenities on outskirts of resort
