The best
I travelled with my two kids and the hotel was spot on for our needs. The room was spacious, it even had two rooms, so my son could spend some time in another room while his sister was napping.
The food was excellent. I read some comments about food not being fresh or being monotonous. Well, for us the food was fresh and as for the variety, it is true that some food was the same from day to day, but also the variety was enough to choose from: e.g. for dinner they had fish, meat, pasta, pizza, vegetables, paella, etc. There was always a selection of desserts and fruits, and even ice cream. So, we really enjoyed eating our breakfast and dinner there.
The beds were comfortable. The only thing was that they use mattress protector (completely understandable!), which makes it hot to sleep on. But wasn’t too bad, we got used to it.
We loved the location - the beach is just across the street, and so is the playground that my kids loved. The castle is around the corner and also many small convenience shops and restaurants. The only downside, I’d say is the distance to bus station, but you can never have it all, and for us it was not an issue.
As for the noise - yes. But again, that’s the city life and honestly we slept with balcony door open, and had no issues. The only night I woke up too early, I listened and… it was quite, only the sound of the sea. So, wouldn’t recommend sea view rooms for light sleepers, but would note it’s not bad.
They also have a rooftop swimming pool that we enjoyed. The depth was perfect for kids.
To be improved
Mattress protectors could be different (and I say that as a mom of two, there are different kinds, not all give sweats).
The swimming pool felt a little small, especially when several guests wanted to enjoy, but again, that’s a nitpicking.
