“As stated been going to Rio Mar for 25 years, use to have property there, love the area”

Love the location

To be improved

Know the area so well, but hand difficulties in finding the apartment, picture on your site is very misleading, bath was lethal, husband almost fell, no bath mat had to use a towel in bath. Needs a bit TLC, wardrobe door kept falling off rails, nails in wall no pictures on them, no mattress and pillow protection covers, and the basin in laundry room l didn’t use as was very unclean, plus very loose.
