Location is perfect, plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in vicinity, beach is two minutes walk.

Cleanliness of the pool, lack of loungers, showers/bathrooms a bit outdated

The best

Perfect location with only a 5 minute walk to the Arenal. Pool and communal areas are very well kept. House was well equipped and comfortable. Good communication on checking in and out. Really lovely for a family holiday or quiet stay.

To be improved

Lovely garden and communal pool area but could do with some sun loungers or more "easy seating" in the back garden.

The best

Great location! A short walk to the beach. The beach is very nice, sandy, nice restaurants. Decent size, outdoor terrace bit too. On site parking but can also park on the street. Various supermarkets walking distance or a short drive. Check out very easy and flexible. Managed to check in early and check out slightly later.

To be improved

I was expecting a hammock to sunbathe in, however this wasn't there as showed in the photos. We didn't go in the communal pools, one day they looked a bit dirty but the pool cleaner came soon after. Maybe some sun loungers to take to the pool would be nice but we were happy going to the beach.

Nothing to complain. Only thing I can think of is perhaps the bathroom which is a bit old
